1. Service Description

HeadshotBox provides AI-generated professional headshots. You upload photos, we train a custom AI model of your likeness, and generate headshots for your use.

2. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are one-time charges processed securely via Stripe.
• Prices are displayed at checkout and charged in USD.
• If you are not satisfied with your headshots, contact support@headshotbox.io for a full refund — no questions asked.

3. Your Content

• You retain all rights to the photos you upload.
• You grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for generating your headshots.
• Uploaded photos and trained AI models are automatically deleted after 30 days.

4. Generated Headshots

• You own full commercial rights to all headshots we generate for you.
• No attribution is required. Use them anywhere — LinkedIn, resumes, websites, marketing materials.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of other people without their consent.
• Use the service for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or redistribute our AI models.

6. Limitation of Liability

HeadshotBox is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of HeadshotBox after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
